King’s Thirds around the Malverns.

The King’s Thirds are the network of banks and ditches to be found, most notably on the Malvern Hills. They delineated new landholdings resulting from the sale of land by Charles I. George Demidowicz, has made a study of them, and produced a guide, a map of the 47 King’s Thirds, and a there’s also a GPS guided walk around some of the principle sites on the Northern Hills.
